I had to find a way to somehow tie #SavsFitJourney and celebrities together. This is the result.
This journey is about feeling good and not about looking a certain way, BUT I am pretty sure we all have that one celebrity that inspires us to be more fit. For me, it's Kate Hudson.
Kate is my fitspiration because even though she's one of the busiest human beings on the planet, she still manages to make time and effort to look after herself. Brian (trainer that I've teamed up with from Momentum Fitness) said to take our fitspiration(s) and try to be more like them. Kate Hudson probably eats healthy and there are plenty of pictures that display her love for working out on a daily basis. If I lived like her for a month, I'd be a hell of a lot healthier.
What I want you to take out of this is to live like the people you admire. Or at least make an effort to make baby steps towards living like them. There is no easy way to do it. It's just a matter of starting and keeping with it. I've got the workout part going for me, but I really need to clean up my act when it comes to eating healthy.
