#MusicMonday: Q&A With Timbaland

You have no idea how excited I am to share this interview with you all - this is the big interview that I was teasing on my social media last week. Timbaland, a man who's produced and cameo'd on the majority of your favourite songs, was kind enough to answer a few of my questions while working on his latest album. He's also mentoring young artists on Lifetime series The Pop Game. Check out our interview below:

What have you learned about yourself throughout your career?
I am at a place now in my life that I realize I need to be a mentor which is why I chose to do The Pop Game.

Do you have a specific system that you use to set goals?
Not really - I've learned a lot from my daughter so of course being a father and mentor to my daughter first and foremost has been the best teaching method I could've ever experienced. 

How would you define success?
Happiness.
