If you have yet watch BET's new series, "In Contempt", I suggest you do it ASAP!
Megan Hutchings kills it as Tracy Campbell, the lead character Gwen's best friend and roommate. She is a sassy lawyer from the South who isn't afraid to bend or break the rules to get what she wants. Megan is also in CBC's Crawford, making its broadcast debut this summer. Check out our Q&A below: How do feel about the response to “In Contempt” so far? I've honestly tried to stay a little naive to the response! I try my best to not to google reviews or ratings just yet. I don't want to get my hopes up for a second season and I also don't want to be super let down. Isn't that terrible? So as of right now I just ask friends and family what they think - and they love it (or so they say) so I'm happy with that! What have you learned about yourself during your time as “Tracy”? That I can do a southern accent! That I'm capable of the time, discipline and work it takes to be a lead and that a good pencil skirt can do wonders for your ass. What are your hopes for the broadcast premiere of “Crawford”? I hope that people watch and love it! The show is really unique and special and so I hope it gets the viewership and and attention it deserves. Mike Clattenburg is such a creative genius and this show is a testimony to that - so I hope people see that! |
