 Today I'm sharing my interview with Adrian R'Mante who's best known for playing Esteban Julio Ricardo Montoya de la Rosa Ramírez in the Disney Channel Original Series, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. We chatted about what he's doing now, setting goals and success. Check it out: What has been the most memorable and rewarding experience in your career thus far? Well it would have to be The Suite Life for obvious reasons. It allowed me to have a voice in this business and also create a TV and film acting program where I can give back and help other young people achieve their dreams and turn them into reality. For example, my most proud accomplishment has been creating a star in RJ Cyler who is starring in the new Power Rangers movie out this month. Here is a clip of him on a talk show saying in his own words that I am the reason for his success. Do you have a goal-setting system? Yes, my goal-setting system is pretty simple, anything I set my mind to achieve I just work hard and apply my years of training to every character I play or audition for on TV. Every goal I set must have extensive focus and attention which in turn means understanding your character is so crucial because the audience is very intelligent. You must convince the audience that you are not like Esteban. What does you character wear, what kind of music do they listen to, who is their best friend and why, etc.. How would you define success? Quite simply, are you making a living from what you love to do. I never wanted a career that didn't inspire or change me. Acting has allowed me to make an impact on several generations.
