 Ahhh it's finally Friday, which means a crazy fun and exciting weekend awaits.
Tomorrow, one of my closest friends is taking the plunge and I get to play bridesmaid - it's insane how quickly these last couple of years have flown by. It will without a doubt be incredible and unique (if you follow me on Instagram, I posted a couple of shots from the Gatsby-themed shower). Tonight we are getting ready and have the rehearsal dinner, then it's off to the races! Can't wait! On Sunday, I get to celebrate my cousin's engagement party. Remember that cute picture I posted on social media of the box asking me to be a bridesmaid? That was from her and her future husband. It'll be a blast spending the day with friends and family - the party never stops when we're together. Finally, on Monday, I will be attending the book launch of The Illegal written by Lawrence Hill (best-selling author of The Book of Negroes). I'm pretty sure I'm ready for all of this fun, I've been doing my best to stay healthy so that I can be 100% present over the next few days.
