If this isn't on repeat, we can't be friends... JK!
I feel like there's no better way to celebrate Fri-Yay (and the beginning of March Break for some) than to listen to this new single. Production team Stargate are behind this new single co-written by Sia and produced by Diplo and Jr Blender. Here are the catchy lyrics:

Give it a listen:
"The game has changed." Ugh. Couldn't they have stopped after the second film? It's hard to believe that there's going to be three more of these things.
Vin Diesel's character has "gone rogue" and teamed up with Charlize Theron's character to attack his former "family". The trailer brings cheesy fight scenes, one second of Scott Eastwood, Jason Statham being Jason Statham, corny lines, cars blowing up and whatever else is considered normal for the franchise. I'm already over it, but here's the trailer if you're interested: Here's the latest #WellnessWednesday trainer series interview with Carlos Flores:
What is your unique approach to health and fitness? First and foremost I care about the health and well being of all of my clients. The first thing is helping them stay injury free, injuries can set us back a lot more than we like to admit. Therefore, it's best to be proactive when it comes to injury prevention. Taking the time to understand why people are exercising is so important. I want them to understand that it's okay to strive to be better but at the same time, be happy in their own skin. I want them to know that they are enough, this is a journey and I want to equip them with the power of positivity. Why did you choose to lead a healthy lifestyle? It's the only body we have. Cliche; I know! Exercise, nutrition and mental wellbeing are an integral part of longevity. Who wouldn't want to move to their best capacity? Movement is essential from a day to day perspective. Nutrition helps to keep our body fuelled it can also improve our mental wellbeing. Everything is connected and we have to be mindful of what we consume, yes, that includes social media, as well as what we are reading and watching. How can one maintain a healthy lifestyle? Take it one step at a time, taking the first step is hard but I assure you it's a fantastic journey to undertake. Find an activity you like doing. Rock climbing, axe throwing, snowshoeing, hiking, golf, snowboarding, horseback riding, tennis, squash, basketball, cycling, gardening dodgeball etc. The list is literally endless, physical activity and health is not just a about belonging to a gym. Create a positive state of mind and relationship with your health, do not beat yourself up through exercise. Enjoy what you are doing, and the results will come. Be patient, it's naive to think that change is easy, it's not. If you're consistently trying, you're not actually trying, you're doing; and that's key. You're fully capable of doing anything you put your mind to. LOL at their faces. My love for Beyoncé is greater and greater everyday. And these pictures... I can't handle them! Beyoncé and her first-born Blue Ivy are absolute perfection showing off that they're somewhat like every other momma and daughter duo making silly faces while posing for the camera. Beyoncé is giving serious goddess vibes sporting her ginormous baby bump in a stunning dress that I need in my life ASAP. I also wish I was a the Beauty and the Beast live-action film premiere, but that's not the point. The point is that Bey and Blue Ivy are human just like us. Check out some other pics/gifs below: That's what I like! Sorry, I couldn't help it. It had to be said/written. I kind of regret not watching the iHeart Radio Music Awards after video footage of Bruno Mars' performance was all over my social media feeds. He's just as good as he's always been, perhaps better. I was a bit hesitant about how I felt about his latest music, but now I'm in love. He received the well-deserved Innovator Award and performed his hits "Treasure" and "That's What I Like". Check out his epic performance below: |
