It's time for that new year, new you bullshit - except it's not total bullshit. I'm feeling very refreshed after taking some time off to get my shit together and prepare for an awesome new year. 2017 is going to be the year of action. 

#WellnessWednesday is here to help you stick to your resolutions featuring Q&As with new SaverinaScozzari.com contributor Dr. Andrea Maxim, and I will be weighing the pros and cons of workouts adored by celebrities and VS models. I want to inspire everyone to get active - not to look a certain way - but to feel good. Working out and eat healthy have changed my life for the better. It shows in the professional and personal aspects of my life. 

I am working on a special project with some special people to help those struggling with body image issues. I shall keep you posted on that.
