Yes, this is a true story. Please don't judge me.
On some strength training days, after a long exhausting day hosting, producing or blogging; I'm tempted to miss my workout and just hang out in bed and watch Netflix. Well my friends, I've learned that when there is a will there is a way. On the back of my bedroom door, I have a shoe caddy hanging holding all of my heels. I grab my heaviest pair of heels (specifically my favourite neutral chunky heeled open toe shoes) and use them in place of dumbbells. It seems to work just the same and I'm not missing out on my fitness training. And to do seated tricep dips and step-ups, I just use my makeup bench. Voila, never skip a workout again!
